Underwater treadmill

About training

The underwater treadmill is a versatile trainer for strengthening muscles and recovery. Your pup exercises under water, which takes the strain off the joints and minimizes the risk of injury.

It helps restore fitness, prepare for shows or competitions, or simply stay in good shape every day — without stress or overload.

30 minutes or 1 hour

Overall fitness, muscle tone, and coordination

Getting ready

Be sure to walk your dog before training. Enter the room only after the previous session has finished.

Also bring with you:

  • Clean indoor shoes
  • Your dog’s favorite toy
  • Training treats (boiled meat cut into small pieces works best)
  • A bowl and water
  • A leash (for control outside of training)
Getting ready

Important

Have a walk

The arena has a dog-walking area — please walk your pup before training.

Get groomed

Brush your dog thoroughly before the session — this keeps the treadmill clean and ensures nothing gets in the way during training.

Skip a meal

Try not to feed your pup 4–6 hours before the session to keep them comfortable and safe during exercise.

How it works

The underwater treadmill works like “dry” swimming: the dog walks on a moving belt in warm water, which creates resistance while reducing stress on the joints. This makes it possible to train even after injuries or surgeries. It’s useful not only for recovery but also for prevention!
