General
- Walk your dog before the session. A 300 UAH fine applies for any toilet incidents on the field.
- Wash your dog's paws before entering. There's a dedicated paw wash station at the entrance.
- Keep your dog on a leash in all shared areas — on the premises, in the café, and common spaces. Exception: during training sessions.
- Don't leave your dog unattended. Exception: if they're in a closed crate on the field or in the changing room.
- Clean up after yourself and your dog. Free waste bags are available throughout the arena — please use them.
- Dogs of any breed aged 3 months and older are welcome, provided they are clinically healthy. A valid veterinary passport with up-to-date vaccinations against rabies, parvovirus, distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, and parainfluenza is required.
- Female dogs in heat may only train while wearing protective pants, to protect the field surface.
- Marking and indoor accidents are strictly prohibited. Any marked area must be cleaned, dried, and disinfected immediately — please notify staff so they can follow up with a full cleaning. A fine of 300 UAH applies for field contamination.
- Repeated violations of the arena rules may result in a ban from future visits.
If there's been a "puddle" on the field:
- Blot the area with a dry cloth or paper towel.
- Apply the provided cleaning solution and blot again with a fresh dry cloth — do not rub.
- Let the staff know in person or call +380970189898, and pay the fine.

Pool
To make the session comfortable and safe for you and your dog, please take a moment to read through the prep guidelines.
- Bring your dog's vet passport to the first session — it should include proof of valid vaccinations, registration, and treatment for external and internal parasites.
- Don't feed your dog for 6–8 hours before a water session.
- Walk your dog before the session.
What to bring:
- 2–3 of your dog's favourite toys.
- Non-crumbly treats.
- A towel (no worries if you forget — we'll have one for you).
- A change of shoes.
- Warm clothes for your dog after swimming, if the weather is cool.
We take water quality seriously, so we ask that you:
- Brush your dog before the session.
- Avoid booking during heavy shedding periods.
- Understand that if shedding is very heavy, we may need to reschedule the session.
Underwater treadmill
- Bring your dog's vet passport to the first session — it should include proof of valid vaccinations, registration, and treatment for external and internal parasites.
- Don't feed your dog for 6–8 hours before a water session.
- Walk your dog before the session. A 1,500 UAH fine applies for fouling the underwater treadmill.
Before booking, please answer the following questions:
- Does your dog have sutures and/or drainage tubes in place?
- Does your dog have any open wounds?
- Does your dog have diarrhea?
- Is your dog experiencing an acute flare-up of seasonal allergies (intense itching)?
- Does your dog have urinary or fecal incontinence, paralysis, or significant mobility issues?
- Has your dog been diagnosed with heart, kidney, or liver failure?
❌ If you answered Yes to questions 1–4, booking is not available until the wounds or incisions have fully healed, sutures and drains have been removed, diarrhea has resolved, or acute allergy symptoms have cleared.
⚠️ If you answered Yes to question 5, your dog will need to wear a waterproof diaper during the session (a belly band is also an option for male dogs). For dogs with mobility issues, we recommend bringing a rear-support harness.
🌡️ If you answered Yes to question 6, please book a consultation before your first session and share up-to-date information about your dog's condition and any recent diagnostic results.
Agility zone
- Agility field bookings are available to sport teams at level A2 and above only.
- Use equipment for its intended purpose only. After training, return all equipment to its designated storage area.
- Zonal obstacles may not be moved without prior approval from the administrator.
- Enter the field only during your booked time slot. Wait until the previous user has finished their session before bringing your dog out, and do not disrupt their training.
- You may change the obstacle sequence using the second set of number markers and adjust bar heights, with two conditions:
- All bars must be set to the same height before you leave.
- Any unused elements should be returned to their designated storage area.
Open zone
- Only clean indoor footwear suitable for artificial turf is permitted on the field. Metal and plastic cleats are not allowed. If you don't have suitable shoes, disposable overshoes are available.
- Enter the field only during your booked time slot. Wait until the previous user has finished their session before bringing your dog out, and do not disrupt their training.
- If you use any equipment (cones, hurdles, platforms, etc.), return it to its place after training.
- Do not leave dog food or treats on the training floor.
- Food and drinks are not permitted on the field.
Café
The café is self-service — please clear your own table, and keep your dog on a lead. Drinks are welcome in the stands as long as they're in a closed cup.
Cancellation and rescheduling policy
- You can cancel a training session and receive a refund to your account balance in your personal account at least 24 hours before the start of the class. Cancellations made later are non-refundable. A rescheduling limit applies — no more than two per month.
- For free events, please cancel your registration in advance.
- Additional conditions apply to cancellations of venue bookings for events — these are agreed upon individually.
- You are responsible for deciding whether to continue or stop training during air raid alerts. If you would like to reschedule, please contact the administrator.
- All bookings may be rescheduled by the organizer in case of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you in advance.
