Visitor rules

General rules

1. Always walk your dog before training.
2. Wash your dog's paws before entering the facility — there is a special washing station at the entrance.
3. Keep your dog on a leash at all times (except during training).
4. Don't leave your dog unattended.
5. Clean up after yourself and your pet.
6. Dogs of any breed aged 3 months and older are allowed to participate in training, provided they have a veterinary passport and valid vaccinations against rabies, parvovirus, distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, and parainfluenza.
7. Female dogs in heat are only allowed to train if they wear protective pants to prevent surface contamination.
8. Dog marking indoors is strictly prohibited.
9. Any marked area must be immediately cleaned, dried, and disinfected.
10. Inform the administration to ensure proper cleaning.
11. Repeated violations of this rule may result in denial of further access to the arena.
12. A fine of 500 UAH applies for soiling equipment or surfaces.
13. Only individuals 18 years and older are allowed to rent the field.

Training field rules

1. Entry to the field is only allowed in clean indoor shoes suitable for artificial turf.
   Metal and plastic cleats are prohibited.
2. Ensure your dog is clean before training: bathe them at home or use our washing and drying station.
3. Enter the field only during your reserved time.
4. Don't bring your dog onto the field until the previous visitor has finished their session.
5. Don't disturb others who are finishing their training.
6. Before starting your session, check the equipment and field condition. If you notice any issues, inform the administration immediately.
7. Food and drinks are strictly prohibited on the training field.

Agility zone

1. Use the equipment only as intended.
2. After training, return all equipment to its designated storage area.
3. Don't move zone obstacles without administrator approval.
4. You may adjust the obstacle sequence using the second set of numbers and adjust the bar heights, but:
   • After training, all bars must be set to the same height.
   • Unused elements must be stored in the designated area.

Free zone

1. You can use all necessary equipment free of charge.
2. Use the equipment only as intended.
3. After training, return all equipment to its designated storage area.

Café

1. The café operates on a self-service basis.
2. You may take a drink to the stands as long as it’s in a closed cup.

Underwater treadmill

1. Bring a towel with you.
2. Sessions on the underwater treadmill are only conducted with a trainer.
3. Ensure your dog is clean before the session: bathe them at home or use our washing station.
4. After the session, dry your dog thoroughly.

If there’s a “puddle” on the field

1. Soak it up with a dry tissue.
2. Treat the spot with a special cleaning solution.
3. Soak again with a fresh tissue (don't rub).
4. Inform the administration.
